Regresamos a casa con Samy como a las 8 de la noche. Me ba\u00f1\u00e9, y dorm\u00ed profundamente hasta ahora a las 4 de la madrugada, me levant\u00e9, me ba\u00f1\u00e9, y me siento s\u00faper bien, y pensaba en esto, a ver qu\u00e9 creen ustedes:<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Muchas veces los d\u00edas tienen diferentes espectros que van desde d\u00edas grises hasta d\u00edas fascinantes, pero esa percepci\u00f3n depende mucho del c\u00f3mo nos sentimos, qu\u00e9 tanto hemos descansado, si hacemos ejercicio o no, el tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n que tenemos, si cenamos mucho, si nos acostamos sin cenar, si estamos tensos y liberamos esa tensi\u00f3n con el ejercicio, etc.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>En mi caso particular, he notado que cuando me siento como nervioso, ansioso, angustiado, lo que m\u00e1s me funciona es salir a caminar. Saltar o correr no puedo por un problema en mi rodilla, un problema de nacimiento, pero caminar no me afecta, y cuando sudo, y camino bastante, me siento s\u00faper bien. Los efectos son inmediatos, eso es lo que siento.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Cuando regreso a casa siento que todo ha cambiado, literalmente aquella sensaci\u00f3n de pesadumbres desaparece.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>De forma personal, en este a\u00f1o he experimentado los beneficios de caminar, y siento que ahora dependo de eso para sentirme con mejor \u00e1nimo, m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, para percibir la vida con mucha m\u00e1s alegr\u00eda; y no lo estoy haciendo para bajar de peso, porque no bajo ni una libra, sino por los beneficios mentales inmediatos que obtengo.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Encontr\u00e9 esta frase: &#8220;El movimiento es la medicina para crear un cambio f\u00edsico, emocional y mental positivo.&#8221; \u2013 Carol Welch.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Ustedes son mis amigos, y los amigos comparten sus secretos, yo les recomiendo amigos que salgan a caminar, aunque sea 21 minutos al d\u00eda, que ser\u00eda el equivalente a 150 horas semanales, ya con eso se ha demostrado que se obtienen beneficios en el coraz\u00f3n a largo plazo, pero el efecto en el estado de \u00e1nimo es instant\u00e1neo. Es posible que esa sensaci\u00f3n de angustia, de inquietud, de poca energ\u00eda, de desanimo, tenga una soluci\u00f3n sencilla: Caminar.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Y una recomendaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s, si nunca ha hecho ejercicio: No corra, solo camine. Eso evitar\u00e1 que se lesione las rodillas. Sobretodo si tiene problemas con el peso como yo.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u00bfQu\u00e9 opinan de esta recomendaci\u00f3n
