Estar bien de la mente es clave para disfrutar todo lo otro. Este a\u00f1o ha sido el que m\u00e1s actividad f\u00edsica he realizado. El que menos he comido, en el que incorpor\u00e9 el ayuno intermitente, en el que he dedicado tiempo a mis hijos, a mi esposa, a mis padres, amigos, etc.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Prioriza el autocuidado con ejercicio, buena alimentaci\u00f3n y descanso adecuado. Cada a\u00f1o es una oportunidad para crecer intelectualmente. Este a\u00f1o aprend\u00ed muchas cosas nuevas, algunas que me generaron emociones intensas. Nunca se debe dejar de aprender.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Dedica tiempo a aprender algo que te apasione o que potencie tu carrera.
