De poco me sirve ser el mejor cardi\u00f3logo del mundo, sino soy el mejor administrador de mi propio cuerpo.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Nunca hab\u00eda hecho ejercicio tan temprano, ni por tanto tiempo, ni tan organizado como ahora. Que el sol me sorprenda en una caminadora, y ejercit\u00e1ndome, me genera alegr\u00eda. Me hace sentir que aprovecho todas las oportunidades que la vida me da.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">He llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n, muy personal, que el ambiente del gimnasio me motiva a\u00fan m\u00e1s que en otros espacios; ver a todos haciendo lo mismo, hace que uno haga lo mismo.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Parece que el gimnasio me permite seguir mejor un plan de ejercicio, y la modalidad de seguimiento de la actividad f\u00edsica realizada desde la App de Smartfit facilita una motivaci\u00f3n constante. \u00a1Me gusta!<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">En mi curiosidad, decid\u00ed investigar cu\u00e1l es la magia que genera el gimnasio para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil adherirse y bajar esas libras de m\u00e1s que tanto me incomodan:<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Factores que Favorecen la Adherencia en un Gimnasio:<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">1. Ambiente Motivador<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">2. Menos Distracciones<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">3. Acceso a Equipos y Variedad de Ejercicios.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">4. Rutina Establecida.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">5. Supervisi\u00f3n Profesional.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">6. Compromiso Financiero.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Por otro lado, he notado, que los efectos de la actividad f\u00edsica que he tenido \u00faltimamente bien podr\u00eda definirlos en: A corto plazo, y la sensaci\u00f3n es \u00fanica: Mucha m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, m\u00e1s capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n, mejora el sue\u00f1o (efecto inmediato), mis niveles de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s, etc. A largo plazo: Bajar de peso, y verse bien. Algo que no estoy claro si lograr\u00e9, pero para mi, obtener estos beneficios psicol\u00f3gicos y en mi estado de \u00e1nimo desde el primer d\u00eda, ya con eso es bastante.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Decid\u00ed intentarlo otra vez, y esta vez quiero que sea para
