Y mira c\u00f3mo te pago: comiendo lo que te hace da\u00f1o, rob\u00e1ndote horas de sue\u00f1o porque me da por pensar y pensar\u2014y lo peor\u2014pensar solo en tragedias, tragedias extra\u00eddas de mis miedos m\u00e1s profundos.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Coraz\u00f3n m\u00edo, a ti no te gustan las pastillas, preferir\u00edas mil veces que te cuidara hoy para no depender de ellas ma\u00f1ana. Y no solo por ti\u2026 tambi\u00e9n lo hago por mi bolsillo, porque s\u00e9 que el estr\u00e9s financiero vendr\u00eda despu\u00e9s. Ya lo ves venir, \u00bfverdad? Ya te imaginaste d\u00f3nde podr\u00eda terminar todo. Al final, siempre ser\u00e1s el m\u00e1s perjudicado.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Eres el que m\u00e1s trabaja en todo el cuerpo, el esclavo silencioso de todos. Mientras el cerebro duerme y se sumerge en sus fases de descanso, mientras los m\u00fasculos se relajan, mientras todo queda en silencio\u2026 t\u00fa sigues ah\u00ed, despierto, vigilando, protegiendo, sosteniendo la vida.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Coraz\u00f3n, \u00bfacaso eres una madre incansable, un padre protector? \u00bfO tal vez un \u00e1ngel de la guarda? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podr\u00eda pagarte todo lo que haces por m\u00ed?<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Respuesta:<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Hola, gracias por esas palabras. Soy tu coraz\u00f3n. Un gusto saludarte.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Casi nadie me escribe para darme las gracias, pero veo que t\u00fa s\u00ed lo has hecho.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Si realmente me quieres y quieres aprovechar todo lo que te doy, busca papel y l\u00e1piz y anota lo siguiente. Son solo siete cosas:<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>1. Mu\u00e9vete todos los d\u00edas.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>M\u00ednimo 30 minutos al d\u00eda. No importa si caminas, corres o bailas, pero mu\u00e9vete. Me oxigena, me fortalece, me hace feliz.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>2. Cuida lo que comes.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u00a1No m\u00e1s porquer\u00edas! Me encanta alimentarme de frutas, verduras, grasas saludables (aguacate, frutos secos, aceite de oliva), prote\u00ednas magras y fibra. Evita los ultraprocesados, el exceso de sal y el az\u00facar en exceso. No me hagas trabajar con combustible malo.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>3. Mant\u00e9n tu peso en equilibrio.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Intenta bajar esa panza, \u00a1por Dios!<br class=\"html-br\" \/>El sobrepeso me sobrecarga y eso hace que aparezcan tres enemigos peligrosos: hipertensi\u00f3n, diabetes y colesterol alto.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>4. Controla el estr\u00e9s y las emociones.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>El estr\u00e9s constante y las emociones negativas como la ira o el resentimiento me afectan tanto como una mala alimentaci\u00f3n. Medita, respira profundo, aprende a soltar lo que no puedes controlar y rod\u00e9ate de personas que sumen a tu vida.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Deja de rodearte de quienes te hacen sentir inferior. S\u00e9 t\u00fa mismo, hazme caso, despu\u00e9s me lo vas a agradecer.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>5. Duerme bien y lo suficiente.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Deja de ver tanto TikTok, \u00a1me vas a matar!<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Necesito que duermas entre 7 y 9 horas cada noche para recuperarme y seguir funcionando bien.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>6. Deja los malos h\u00e1bitos.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>El tabaco, el alcohol en exceso y el sedentarismo me quieren destruir.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Cada cigarro, cada copa de m\u00e1s, cada d\u00eda sin moverte es un golpe directo contra m\u00ed.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>7. Esc\u00fachame y hazte chequeos m\u00e9dicos.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>A veces, te aviso antes de que pase algo grave.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Si sientes fatiga constante, dolor en el pecho, palpitaciones o dificultad para respirar, \u00a1no me ignores!<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Hazte chequeos regulares, mide tu presi\u00f3n arterial, colesterol y glucosa, y act\u00faa antes de que sea tarde.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Si haces esto, te lo garantizo:<br class=\"html-br\" \/>Ahorrar\u00e1s dinero, necesitar\u00e1s menos m\u00e9dicos y menos pastillas en el futuro. Y lo m\u00e1s importante\u2026 me ayudar\u00e1s a darte una vida m\u00e1s larga y con calidad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
