Tener un compromiso serio con nuestro bienestar en general.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Caminar al aire libre, moverse, tener momentos de platicas con vecinos y amigos abonan a nuestra calidad de vida. No es p\u00e9rdida de tiempo.
